We are coming to the end of 2011. Just 4 more days. In the past 1 year, 2010, we see lots of things happening in the MLM industry, good or bad, I think we see it all. Now, I want to share my views on how MLM will like in 2011. I will call them the 5 Big MLM Trends in 2011.
1) MLM Companies Will Prosper And Hit New Heights! Companies which are doing really well in 2010, are going to hit new heights and achieve greater results in 2011. I wouldn’t want to name all the MLM companies here, but if you’ve been following the news and updates in the industry, you’ll notice some growing companies hitting record sales, and with teams attracting and growing new leaders, either online or offline too. These companies are doing really a great work in the industry, shaping people’s income, their health, and their future!
2) More MLM Companies Will Collapse I’m not trying to curse companies here. But it’s a fact companies collapse in every industry, every year, not only in our industry. One of the common ones happened in 2010, is the collapse of eFusjon. Companies collapse and fail for different reasons: Mismanagement of the company, company owners going into MLM for the money, without understand how MLM works, unethical company owners default payments, then close their company to become distributor for another company.
However, if you think that companies are going to fail if they are not using the internet, then you are really wrong. 1 Craze I realized in 2010, is that people are spreading rumors like “Your Company is going to collapse if you didn’t use the Internet!” “Your Organization is going to break up if you are not using the Internet!” That’s crazy.
If you’re still thinking that way, i tell you that You are the one going to Fail! Companies won’t break up, companies won’t fail just because they don’t use the internet! Using the Internet is just another Tool, another option to build your business. Whatever tool you want to use, your job is to build relationships, build people, and help people.
3) More People Are Moving Into MLM The world is getting more and more unstable. The economy is still weak, and there’s nothing such as Job Security anymore, unless you create it yourself. People are going to create something of their own, that they can control, independent of the economy. And many more people are moving to the home based business industry, creating their future with MLM.
Not long ago, I just chat with a Senior Sales Manager from Singapore, and asked him why he chose to build a MLM business, even though he’s quite well-paid in his job. But what he told me is that he has escaped 13 layoff cycles in his 10 years career, and even though he has always performed way above expectations, he don’t know when he will be the next to be laid off!
If you’re in the MLM business right now, 2011 is not your opportunity, but your DUTY to help more people secure their future by building an MLM business that they can call their own!
4) More People Will Fail In MLM Failure in MLM is common, just like any other industry. Only the top 3-5% of people are able to create success, in MLM, Sports, Music, Property Investments, Forex, Education…etc. But I’m going to tell you in 2011, more people are going to Fail and Continue to do so, if they don’t know how to build the business properly!
If you’re building your MLM using offline methods, stop pestering and chasing people to buy or join you. Stop ‘Faking till you make it’ because you can’t fake to people in this business!
If you’re going online, stop creating ‘fake relationships’ by adding friends on Facebook, then pitch them your opportunity. Stop introducing new pre-launches MLM opportunities in Facebook groups every 2 months. Stop shooting (or criticizing) other people’s MLM companies when they tell you theirs, and start telling them that yours is the Best!
5) You Will Create Success in 2011!! The time is now. 2011. Not in 2012 or 2013. You are going to create success in your MLM company in 2011! You’re going to get your first 10,20,30 personal enrolled members in 2011! You’re going to earn your first $1000, $5000, $10,000 check in 2011!
However, you must know What you are doing, and know How to build your MLM in 2011. If not, it will be really hard for you to achieve success, and will probably fail like people I mentioned above.
If you’ve not yet started, go ahead and join a MLM company, with products you love, partner with a team that will train you and is committed to your success. Commit yourself to create success in this company in 2011, and will do whatever it takes (within ethical means, and not doing stupid things of course!) to create results and success in your MLM business!
